I will be running the Hastings Half as a personal challenge. Firstly in memory of my grandmother who passed away in 2017 at St Michael’s Hospice. I am also doing it as my dad’s chosen charity after he was diagnosed with stage 4, terminal cancer in June. Having said I will run the Half for years, I have been motivated to train for it this year as a way of showing my dad support in his battle.
